Feature:

  1. Fully automatic biscuit feeding packaging system is composed of  distance drawing conveyor,  reverse conveyor ,  sorting unit and an automatic packaging machine. It automatically do blocks, distance, and divides to biscuit or other similar products. The biscuit are ordered into the automatic sorting unit for positioning and packaging.
  2. The running speed of a single packing line can reach 150 bags/min.
  3. Equipped with automatic  aligning device, and optional automatic belt correction device.
  4. Arrange the materials neatly, enter the sorting unit in an orderly manner, realize stable conveying of materials, accurate positioning, and high-speed and orderly operation.
  5. The whole belt can be quickly disassembled and assembled without tools, and the scrap chute is fitted under the belt and at the interface, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
  6. The overall structure is simple, easy to operate, easy to clean, easy to maintain, easy to replace and adjust products of different specifications, and easy to set parameters.
  7. Conveyor belt is food-grade blue anti-bacterial belt, and anti-sticking belt is optional.
  8. The control system adopts high-quality electrical components, intelligent PLC control, and touch screen display.
